Meet The Team

The Garden Room Solutions team is currently made up of four friendly faces. Each member has a passion for creating and installing high-quality structures that can make our customer’s visions come true.

With nearly 20 years of experience in property renovation, development, carpentry, and design, we bring expertise to every project, ensuring our bespoke garden rooms are built to last, while providing a comfortable and useful space, no matter how they will be used.

Tom

Tom

Founder & Director

Tom started as a carpenter, having gained an NVQ and a Diploma in Carpentry. With 14 years’ experience, he dealt with everything from large new build developments to small joinery jobs.

As construction had always been a passion of his, he took the plunge and set up Garden Room Solutions, looking to use his full skill set on a daily basis.

Having run the business for a few years now, Tom has found enjoyment and reward in the organisational side of the business, working with his team to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Knowing that he is helping bring people’s dream spaces alive is what gets him out of bed in the morning.

Fun fact about Tom… he is quite a handy golfer!

Grant

Grant

Co-Founder & Director

Grant lives and breathes garden rooms! He is the main man when it comes to building our beautiful, bespoke structures. Grant is very hands on and loves getting stuck into every project he’s involved in – he especially relishes delivering a five-star service for our customers.

A carpenter by trade, he’s got over 10 years’ worth of experience building the highest quality garden rooms – delighting homeowners across the south coast.

Grant is a fitness king and keen runner. He loves going the extra mile for both customers and at distance running events. When he’s taken off his race shoes, Grant enjoys spending time with his family, and having a few pints down at the pub.

Sam

Sam

Sam has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride in creating a dream space for our customers. He loves the fact that our luxury garden rooms can be used for whatever the homeowner sees fit, but has a particular fondness for installing fitness rooms!

Hard-working and reliable, Sam has more than 20 years’ experience as a qualified carpenter. He spent six years living in New Zealand, and has been with Garden Room Solutions for over two years. Sam takes his locomotives seriously and enjoys building small-scale trains as a hobby.

Will

Will, or twin number one as we sometimes call him, is a talented lead carpenter. He has a passion for buying tools, and takes as much care around building our garden rooms as he does cleaning his precious tools.

He’s very work driven but enjoys weekends off with his partner and friends.

Ed

Ed, aka twin number two, is fairly new to the team. He was previously working at joinery shop, which explains his incredible attention to detail.

While not building garden rooms, Ed enjoys fishing and rugby at the weekend.
