We design and build our garden rooms so they can be used year-round. To achieve this, we use:
50mm Celotex insulation under the flooring
100mm slab insulation in the walls and ceiling of every garden room.
Installing insulation under the floor and within the walls and ceilings means that your garden room will retain warmth throughout the cold months and keep heat out during warmer months, so your garden room is comfortable no matter the weather.
Our insulation also means your garden room is energy efficient, working to reduce the energy used to heat and cool the space and save you money on bills.

As with any building, a solid foundation is needed before we can construct the room itself.
Laying solid foundations will be part of our work, so you won’t need to worry about finding another contractor to do the job. We use two methods for laying foundations, depending on where we are installing a garden room and the ground:
